Arborist Tauranga

The term landscaping Tauranga can mean many things, but the most common meaning refers to the idea of garden design. Gardening also takes a good deal of knowledge as well as some backbreaking hard labor. Many of us don’t have the knowledge, time, or physical capability to design, plan and install an outdoor space; so we turn to professional landscape designers. A landscaping Tauranga company that both designs and builds a garden can save time, as there is no middle man to deal with. In…

Hamilton City Council to open up food outlet ratings to the public

Stuff recently reported: Food outlets in Hamilton appear to be improving their hygiene standards and record-keeping. Soon Hamiltonians will be able to monitor where to buy their food  (or not)  themselves. The Hamilton figures seemingly represent an improvement on 2018/19, when 12 businesses incurred the attentions of council inspectors, and 2017/18, when eight food outlets suffered a black mark of some kind under the auspices of the Food Act 2014. And in 2021, diners, grocery shoppers and takeaway buyers will be able to access a database that informs them of how good (or bad) the city’s food outlets are before they make a choice of where to spend their money. It’s 27 metres tall to the tip of the star. That’s over 6 stories high. It takes a team of 15 people to install the frame and the lighting, fluff the branches and hang the baubles. This tree is huge! The tree dominates Garden Place once again in 2020 and will be a great focal point for the community to gather, watch, perform and celebrate the festive season. The tree will light up for the first time on Saturday 28th November 2020 with a special event that includes the opportunity to sing some favourite Christmas carols. The Christmas Tree continues to light up the December nights right through to New Year. This year we will be celebrating on Saturday 28th November 2020 SOURCE   https://youtu.be/OxFpab3Ja8g By Berry & Coffee
