How do I use Neighbourlink NZ?

We offer a number of options with which you can browse or search our directory services with. You may either browse through our directory categories through the directory page or to find what you are looking for faster, by using our directory quick search.

How do I add my business to Neighbourlink NZ Directory?

You may submit your business for inclusion in to our directory services through the add a listing page, where we offer a 90 day free trial and Premium business listing options.

Does my business listing ever expire?

All business listings will expire from our directory and search services accordinlgy. Free business listing options have a 14 day trial period, with the choice to renew at the end of each trial period or be upgraded to a periodic basic business listing.

How can I update my Business listing(s)?

If you would like to update your business listing and profile information, you may do so for free by clicking on the listings link shown in your profile menu, clicking on the listing you want to update and/or adding new information.

Why is there a grey screenshot displayed on my listing(s)?

If there is no image or photo displayed on your business listing, that means you haven’t uploaded one when creating a business listing or post. You can edit your listing or post and upload a Banner Image.

How frequently are listing payments charged?

All services provided are charged monthly and are non-refundable upon setup. You can cancel at any time if you would like to stop using our services. Just keep in mind that it will cancel after a paid month.

Which payment method can I use?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card – Visa, Master Card and American Express (through Stripe).

Are all your services in NZ dollars?

Yes, all of our services shown on Neighbourlink NZ are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD).

Will my business be visible on Google?

Yes! As we are not partnered with any search engines, we cannot guarantee that you will appear in the top of the search engine results. But we do guarantee a spot on the first result page when your business listing is on Neighbourlink longer than the trail period, thanks to our SmartCrawl technology.

Can I delete a bad rating and review?

Unfortunately, you cannot delete your own business reviews, however you can contact our site administrator to request a bad review removal for you. Please use our “Report & Complaints” section to request a removal. If the review is unfair, inappropriate or damaging, we will do our best to remove it as soon as possible.
